A bent shaft is commonly caused by uneven heating in the rotor, due to a bad motor rotor bar.
Simply the Bent shaft is going to show the following pattern,
Generate High 1X in Axial Direction
Both ends are 180 "Out-of-Phase” in Axial Direction
Noting that:
1X generated, if the bend is near the center of the shaft.
2X generated, if the bend is closer to the coupling.
Often confused with Misalignment & Cocked Bearing as both generate High 1X in Axial Direction.
