Diagnosing Pulley Eccentricity

Diagnosing Eccentric Pulley using Vibration Analysis;

High 1X in radial direction, both Horizontal & Vertical directions are "Out-of-Phase".

Often confused with Unbalance as both generate high 1X.

Bent Shaft Near Pulley Causes Same Symptom.

Also vibration will be much higher in belt tension direction, and "Stroboscope" is a great tool to find eccentricity problems when the machine is running.
